• Follow up CP Logistics team and Communicate with Finance regards to SST payment.
• CS Declaration in timely clearance
• Liase with customs for any cancellation issue arise
• Ensure all PODs are received and recorded in customer’s system on timely and accurately, thus ensuring all administration activities for CP contracts are well coordinated and executed.
• Ensure PODs (Invoices) to be recorded in system as proof of deliveries.
