Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to manage inventory-related tasks and administrative duties. This role is primarily remote (work from home), with occasional on-site requirements for stock-related activities and audits.
Key Responsibilities
Print Price Tags: Prepare and print product price tags as required.
Stock Transfer: Manage documentation and coordination of stock movement between branches or warehouses.
Stock Take: Participate in periodic physical stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Audit: Assist in preparing and verifying documents for internal and external audits.
General Admin Tasks: Support daily administrative operations including data entry and basic reporting.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Willing to attend on-site duties when necessary (e.g., stock take or audit).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
