Job Responsibility

Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with Chinese business owners, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Ensure clear and effective translation of instructions and requirements between parties.

Documentation & Updates

  • Maintain and update documents in Notion, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Manage records, reports, and other administrative files as required.

General Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
  • Handle general office duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Perform daily tasks assigned by the Manager, including drafting correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
  • Ensure proper handling of daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to work for 6 days per week
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Admin Assistant (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and coordination
  • Good communication and organizational skills
