Administration & Office Support

Role Description:

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries positively
• Manage day-to-day operations with KPI.
• Able to lead general administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, and generate revenue for the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses Degree from a local Malaysian university. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to perform all other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
