Job Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
