Administrative Intern

Job Responsibilities

• • Perform general admin duties and handle daily admin and operation activities.
  • Organize proper systematic filing records and documents.
  • Assist in liaising with internal staff to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office.
  • Travel arrangement and management (ad-hoc)
  • Coordinate on preparing the required refreshments for internal/external meetings.
  • Admin vendor management (renewal, invoices, PO for payment)
  • To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required.

Looking for talents who are currently a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Ability to work independently at times and also in a team with a positive attitude.
