Advertiser Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination:

• Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign goals and deliverables.

Client and Vendor Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for advertisers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on campaign progress.
• Collaborate with vendors, including graphic designers, copywriters, and media buyers, to ensure the quality and timeliness of advertising materials.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future advertising strategies.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing advertising budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
• Prepare invoices and coordinate payment processes for advertising services.

General :

• To follow the standard operating procedure of the organization on work ethics and professional duties at all times.
• To take on any other related responsibilities which are reasonably related to the job title of this position or assign by supervisor/manager.
