Aerospace Corporate Sales Manager (MRO - Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)

Your Main Role and Responsibilities:

To support the Commercial Director in managing the Sales for Asia, specifically Malaysia, China and India. This will include all of the Internal and External Sales teams located at either the facilities or in territories. Ensure company Sales & Margin targets are met in line with Commercial Director & business expectations. Mentor & grow the Sales team, ensuring the company and its products are promoted to both existing and new customers using all methods available, including but not limited to exhibitions, social media, emails and phone calls.

Main Duties:

• Interview, short list, hire and train sales staff
• Create effective strategies to grow company revenue streams
• Review new potential added value opportunities
• Monitor, assess and implement new strategies for team performance
• Analyze and prepare reports, budgets and forecasts
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Address customer or employee issues
• Attend various sales meetings, functions, conferences, shows or expos
• Support with forecast planning, both monthly & annually adhering strict deadlines
• Responsible for creating Sales Reports as and when required
• Completion of regular weekly and monthly reporting (Sales Figures, Number of Quotes, Orders)
• Ensure customer service levels are maintained to the highest standard
• Maintain Sales staff training records
• Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support other departments
• Attends all health and safety training as required by the Company
  
  
  
  

Qualification:

• Degree/Master Degree in Aviation Engineering
• A minimum of 15 years working experience mainly in Aerospace industry
• A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience managing sales team with new business development is compulsory.
• Experience on P&L and sales report
• Experience on APAC market will be advantage
