Aesthetician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their concerns and desired treatment outcomes.
• Recommend suitable laser treatments tailored to clients’ needs and preferences, while setting clear and realistic expectations.
• Perform laser procedures such as hair removal and Pico laser brightening with precision and care.
• Ensure safe and effective treatment delivery by strictly adhering to protocols and safety guidelines.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, including explaining potential risks and benefits of laser procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including before-and-after photos, to monitor client progress.
• Offer personalized skincare advice and product recommendations to support post-treatment care.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience performing laser procedures in a aesthetic setting.
• Hold relevant diploma or degree or certification related to aesthetic, cosmotology, spa management or related field from recognize institute.
• Familiarity with using laser equipment and understanding of laser safety protocols.
• Proficient in operating laser equipment for hair removal, skin brightening, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Solid understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate laser applications.
• Ability to accurately maintain treatment records and documentation, including managing client data and photos.
• Strong communication skills to explain procedures, risks, and care instructions clearly to clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, following strict protocols and strong awareness of the risks and contraindications associated with laser treatments.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on providing holistic and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and treatment schedules efficiently.
• Ability to handle difficult situations or client complaints with professionalism and care.
