How you create impact
- Manage and coordinate airfreight shipments accurately and on time, ensuring all customer transit time and service requirements are met.
- Execute bookings, prepare documentation, and monitor shipments from start to finish — proactively handling any deviations.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Gateway, Warehouse, Customs, and Optimization teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Secure capacity and competitive buy rates with carriers or partners through KN gateways.
- Ensure compliance with all air transport regulations, KN standards, and industry guidelines.
- Drive process improvement and system optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and visibility.
- Support account implementation and the transition from sales to operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Background in Freight Forwarding, ideally with over 2 years of airfreight experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills when dealing with internal and external partners.
- Solid time management and ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
