APAC Operations Accounting CoE Analyst

As part of the APAC Operations Accounting COE team, you will support the plant based sub-regional Operations Accounting Analysts with reporting, month end support, audit support and other regular tasks as defined in the site checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistency of processing for each site and ERP system.
• Regular collaboration, communications and coordination with Operations Accounting Analysts to achieve timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and provide support and explanations during the audit.
• Month end support: preparing manual journals and parking reclass and accrual journals for approval.
• Report extraction and delivery: GRNI, Inventory adjustments, Magna Carta, Cost Centre results, Variance detail and summary.
• General Ledger Account reconciliations (with support from Operations Accounting Analysts)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) would be preferred
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in global finance management in a multinational organization
• Experience in audit compliance
• Multiple language skills - Mandarin and English is required for this role
