Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Application Developer – Microsoft VBA to design, build, and support solutions using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). This role involves configuring packaged and SaaS software, developing new components or enhancing existing systems, and providing deployment support for production releases.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service (SaaS) products tailored to business requirements.
  • Develop and test new components or enhance existing applications using Microsoft VBA and other relevant tools.
  • Utilize declarative features to streamline solutions and enhance system functionality.
  • Provide primary support for application releases, including deployment planning, coordination, execution, and post-deployment validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to development and change management standards.


    • What You Will Need:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in application development, with a focus on VBA.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming, particularly in Excel, Access, or other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and structured programming.


    • Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Advanced proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile or Waterfall.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Application Testing, including unit and integration testing.
  • Expert proficiency in Problem Solving, especially in debugging and enhancing legacy code.
  • Master proficiency in Software Configuration Management, including version control tools and release tracking.
  • Intermediate proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and collaboration with business users.


    • Minimum Required Relevant Experience per Role Level:


  • Associate – 0 to 6 months
  • Analyst/Senior Analyst – 2+ years
  • Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant – 5+ years
