Job Responsibility
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, brochures, product catalogues, and other product-related graphics.
- Assist and support the sales team with secured projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Supervise, coordinate, test, and commission installed water treatment systems.
- Assist and provide technical support to existing and new clients regarding inquiries or technical matters.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems.
- Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to water treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of projects and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools.
- A minimum degree qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Sciences, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related field).
- Knowledge of water treatment systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work at Balakong, Cheras.
