- Work closely with department heads and managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates through various channels.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and generating regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a deep understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
