Responsibilities:
- Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.
- Preparation & submission of drawings and necessary documents to local authorities.
- To involve in tendering process.
- To involve in construction implementation.
- To coordinate with all parties including client, consultants and authorities.
- Supervise construction works and defects.
- Ensure work carried out and materials delivered to site are in accordance with specifications.
- Ensure workmanship are of required standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Master in Architecture.
- Required skill(s): Must be well versed in AutoCad & other relevant skills.
- Dedicated individual that willing to grow with the company.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or relevant residence status.
