Area Sales Officer/Executive (Based in Johor Bahru)

Job Description

• Monitor business operations of agent outlets and ensure compliance of company policies and operating procedures.
• Motivate and coach agents and their front line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with agents and customers.
• Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports.
• Perform any other tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in sales operations.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Able to multi task and work on weekends.
• Familiar with local area and possess own transport.
