You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the application remains competitive and effective.
Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba is required.
