In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communications, crafting impactful messages to strengthen Azelis’ visibility, reputation, and influence in the market. By showcasing who we are and what we stand for, you’ll help position Azelis as the market reference, both internally and externally, inspiring pride and connection among our employees and partners alike.

We're looking for a humble but ambitious, razor-sharp 'people person': someone that gets on with colleagues at any level and 'gets it' when it comes to unique and inspiring communications. Our ideal candidate is a digital native and a native English speaker with great project management and copywriting skills, with the creativity, experience, and confidence to teach us a thing or two (or three).

Reporting & location

You will report directly to the Asia Pacific Head of Marketing and Communications and functionally to the Group Communications Manager. While your primary responsibility is the Asia Pacific region, you will also represent the corporate vision. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the (amazing) global corporate communications team.

Main responsibilities

External Communication

• Manage all PRs for the Asia Pacific region regarding corporate announcements and business development.
• Maintain and manage media relations for the region and send monthly media pitches, using a content calendar to ensure continuity.
• Manage social media content related to Asia Pacific for the corporate accounts, as well as the accounts of key management stakeholders.
• Keep relevant Asia Pacific data on the corporate website up to date (addresses, biography, news, awards, calendar…).
• Copywriting and proofreading for a variety of materials, when necessary.
• Manage and update the key regional corporate collaterals, including regional presentations.
  
  

Internal Communication

• Collect and share the Azelis success stories across the region to demonstrate the #OneAgileAzelis spirit, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Create a novel leadership newsletter to share the latest company updates [short monthly videos].
• Ideate and launch internal actions to promote and reinforce Azelis’ culture and values.
• Support the integration of new acquisitions.
  
  

Branding

• Ensure brand consistency and compliance on all external collaterals.
• Ensure consistent presentation of our brands across the region (inc. office design).
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach to corporate communications globally and regionally, one that engages and inspires our people with our vision and behaviors.
• Analyzing and reporting communications impact (metrics against key objectives) to evaluate and identify areas of improvement.
  
  

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position at a global company: a global mindset, working across multiple countries and cultures, understanding of cultural nuances.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills: strong written and verbal communication skills to inspire and connect (across a variety of platforms) with our stakeholders. Native English is preferred. Additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all communications are of the highest quality.
• Comfortable working with or without supervision, self-motivated and a collaborative team player, with attention to detail and the ability to develop content for a wide range of communications channels to effectively deliver the appropriate message.
• Strong project management skills: prioritize and work within deadlines, handle multiple projects flexibly, and attain objectives; translate complex matters into easy-to-understand and engaging content.
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster a collaborative company culture.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, challenge status quo and devise innovative solutions to communication challenges.
• Experience in using Canva. Video shooting and editing are a strong asset.
