Administration & Procurement Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time Admin Clerk position at M&W INDUSTRIAL SOLUTION based in Perak for an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide valuable administrative support to the company. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive individual to join our team and assist with a variety of administration and procurement tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounts & Invoicing; Company accounts receivables & billing
  • Maintenance Crew Management Support; Manage job schedules, execute job orders & filing job reports.
  • Client Communication; Take calls, handle basic inquiries, raise quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers.
  • Payroll & Worker Welfare; Support payroll (salary calculations,) EPF & SOCSO filing and DOSH requirements.
  • Others; Schedule and execute Puspakom inspections for company vehicles.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Malay & English (spoken and written).
  • Familiar with using word processors, and google suites (drive, sheets, document, etc.)
  • Familiar with the sales procurement process.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills for clients and accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of general administration, payroll, and company maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum SPM or 2 yrs working experience

APPLICABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Organized, schedule & stay on top of tasks assigned
  • Ability to produce job reports
  • Autocount Payroll & Accounting
  • Worked in quarry, maintenance industry
  • Have experience with EPF, SOCSO filing.
  • Have experience or trained as Safety Co-Ordinator for DOSH (JKKP)
