Branch Manager (Ipoh)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day sales activities and operations.
• Identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets.
• Coordinate with HQ warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build good relationship with customers to grow the business and look for new customers & new market segment to generate new business.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns with Product Managers to increase the sales revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure there are sufficient stocks especially the fast-moving items for immediate fulfillment.
• Communicate and work closely with Principal Sales Representative to manage and service the Brand's Managed Partners.
• Provide support and guidance to the team to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work independently, able to plan and possess good managerial skill.
• Sales & results orientated.
• Min 1-2 years' working experience in tele sales, channel sales or customer service.
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, bachelor's degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
