Job Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to project costs, schedules, resources, quality, and finance.
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Assist management in feasibility studies for new projects using data insights.
- Monitor trends and provide insights to support decision-making and efficiency.
- Track and analyze property sales performance, pricing, and customer trends.
- Monitor project progress and perform variance analysis against budget and schedule.
- Bachelorâs Degree in Statistics, Property Development, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or other related fields.
- Prior working experience in property development, construction, or real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to prepare reports, market research, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently when required.
- Interest in property development and construction industry trends, including market research and investment analysis.
