ASSISTANT, HUMAN RESOURCES

DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHD

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Payroll – Foreign Workers (DEDM & DAMA)

- Process (as required) monthly payroll including statutory year end returns.

- Deal with employee salary and payroll queries.

- Do the reporting for from the payroll system.

- Process the variable overtime and allowances payments.

- Preparing employees’ compensation by the 25th every month using payroll software.

- Enter new employee’s details into the payroll system.

- Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries.

- Government payment.

- Any other payroll duties as required by the company

  • Filing

- Do filing for personal files, bills, etc.

- Maintain the files and do the filing code for each HR file.

  • Bossinet System

- To assist in updating the Bossinet system.

- To assist to do claims in Bossinet system.

- Generate Monthly Attendance Report & Lateness Report.

  • Employees Claim

- Assist in the employees claim process.

- Compile all receipts send by employees before the claim approved by the Sr. Manager, HR.

- The claims forms must be ready latest by 15th every month.

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Human Resources.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Interest in computer and computer literacy.
  • Required Skill(S): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Priority & Preferable Diploma Holder.
  • Experience in Administration, Industrial Relation, Human Resources will be an advantage.
  • Experience in SAP system is added advantage.
  • Applicant Must Be Willing to Work in Shah Alam.
