What You'll Do
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers to drive mutual growth.
- Align customer plans with Unilever’s business objectives and category strategies.
- Implement robust commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Ensure effective negotiation and execution of joint business plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Deliver sustainable sales growth and profitability across assigned key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Drive optimal product distribution and on-shelf availability to maximize consumer reach.
- Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to deliver integrated solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analytics tools.
- Preferably 3+ years managing premium grocers
- Proficiency in Chinese Language is desirable but not essential
