Assistant Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary
Responsible for improving operational efficiencies, ensuring smooth business functions, and driving organizational growth through strategic planning and process optimization.

General Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for matters related to daily operations.
• Responsible for Sales Order Processing and provide sales administrative support to Sales Operations Team.
• Responsible to manage for customer enquiry and complaint.
• Work with internal departments for order related & AR issues.
• Responsible for new account opening for customer upon request by Sales Team.
• e-Portal management - to upload invoices to customer's online portal timely and accurately for payment facilitation.
• Responsible for tender management. Preparing quotations for private and government channels and track the status accordingly.
• Manage administrative works (ie: MIGO for non-trade invoices).
• Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
  
  
  

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate strong customer management skills.
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP will be added advantage.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing complex projects.
• Experience in tender management would be an advantage.
  
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
