Job description: Job Summary
Alignment design & review, coordination of alignment design work with other disciplines and consultants, assist manager/senior manager - design
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessment of optioneering and presentation material to support senior management’s decision-making process.
- Undertake and propose effective conceptual engineering designs
- Develop conceptual alignment design to an advanced stage such that outline design is workable, constructible, and cost effective to achieve the objective of the privatization proposal.
- Coordinate on design related issues with Operation Team, Commercial, other D&T sub-disciplines and Design Consultant.
- Coordinate and manage timely response to Technical Query from Operation Team
- Monitor to ensure Design Management Control processes are adhered to.
- Involve in procurement process of engineering service providers.
- Coordinate with Design Consultant regards to engineering drawings and technical documents deliverable.
- Assist in developing on-job training program for new employees
- Supervision of alignment design engineers, interns and draughtsman
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Infrastructure)
- Team player, good communication & interpersonal skill.
- 6 years of working experience in design of buildings
- Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, Tekla, Planbar, Sketchup application
