Job Summary:
Responsible for monthly financial statement to be prepared accurately and on timely manner, provide support to payroll processing
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, schedules, depreciation, journal entries and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
- Support accounts payable, invoice book-keeping and payment process.
- Responsible for consolidating backlog and pipeline file in preparation for monthly forecast submission.
- Responsible for payroll processing including commission computation
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable financial and accounting regulations.
- Providing financial support and analysis when required.
- Responsible for manual submission to fulfil E-invoice requirements.
- Responsible for filing SST return purpose.
- Oversee key administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the administration function.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Preferably with ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
