Job Descriptions:

  1. Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
  2. Processing customers' Purchase Orders, issuance of Sales orders, and invoices/bills with accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely client/customer payment.
  4. Respond to operation-relevant inquiries regarding billing and payment.
  5. Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients/customers and other stakeholders.
  6. Orders acknowledgment, track & trace all operation-relevant changes requests & updates in the system.
  7. On-time filing and tracking of all Proof of Deliveries together with PO/ SO/ Invoice.
  8. Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
  9. Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales, Finance, and Operation Teams.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills in data input and system access.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
