Digital Transformation Process Consultants - Be Part of the Revolution

Your Role Has A Big Impact

Business process consultants helps SMEs transform into industry champions through the adoption of advance technology and tools. You will be involved in analyzing clients' businesses and propose ways on how to configure or design our IT solutions be it process workflows, automation tools, intelligence analytics or AI chatbots to better improve their business processes and increase productivity. We are currently looking for individuals that are creative, analytical and performance driven that can bridge the gap between people and systems.

Your job description:

  1. Conduct business consultation to engage customers and understand their needs in relation to our available digital solutions
  2. Develop or redesign new business processes that can improve productivity and efficiency while preparing them for AI adoption
  3. Conduct training and process implementation sessions to smoothen change management and company wide adoption.
  4. Identify and follow up with customers process implementation
  5. Provide customer with the necessary support and guidance to ensure excellence in their new business processes.
  6. Build and maintain rapport with existing customer by providing prompt service and good assistance and advice.
  7. Update records, evaluate performance and perform reviews for future improvement whenever required

Skills and competencies

  1. No programming knowledge is required.
  2. Previous working experience in diverse industries are an added advantage.
  3. Independent and resourceful with good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Able to understand business operations and propose the best solution to clients. Experience in business process improvement, ISO, lean, six sigma or accounting would be an added advantage.
  5. Loves learning and adapts fast
  6. Team player
  7. Customer oriented, able to build strategic working relationships and meet client expectations
  8. Good presentation, negotiation and collaboration skills
  9. PowerPoint and Excel is second nature to you
  10. Highly driven with a desire to excel while having fun with the team.

Candidate Background

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or equivalent in Business / IT / Engineering / Accounting related course.
  • Business analyst / process consulting / process related experience is an added advantage
  • Required language – Bahasa Malaysia, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin have an added advantage as some customers prefer to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software is an added advantage but not essential.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Working experience is an added advantage.
