  • Monday : 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Saturday : 8.30am-1.00pm

Others benefits : 13th month bonus

Reporting line : Operation Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • To derive operation strategy on Daily Production Processes, Safety & Quality Improvements.
  • To generate daily Production & Operations report (Interpretations of Issue Dehire data / Customer Complaints Analytics on products / Corrective Action Plans in Production / Raw Material Purchasing Item Data Finance & CS team Liaison.
  • To derive analyzation on Production & Operational Reports, recommendations and cost savings measures.
  • Overall responsibility on Month End Stock Count, Inventory Management, Purchase data compilation / Documentation and Report Ownerships

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

  • To ensure daily Production Operation is uninterrupted. Prompt data acquisition and tracking. Managing and executing production operations. Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Assign materials, equipment, and human resources to the production department.
  • Prepare and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of production.
  • To coordinate on inventory movement & management, data acquisition and tracking, documentations, report generations, Depot Safety procedures, implementation of Continuous Improvement methodology and other required processes.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Driving required Improvement Projects, cost savings initiatives,
  • To manage meetings / appointments (Internal / supplier & vendor) and manage internal communications.
  • Develop, Implement, and review Operational activities, policies, and procedures. Address and resolve any production-related issues that arise.
  • Coordinating with other internal departments to achieve the objective of delivering quality services to the customers
  • Update the Operations Manager on the status of projects and prepare detailed reports on production operations.
  • Identify and address challenges and opportunities for the company
  • Contributing significantly on cost reduction projects / tasks and revenue generation
  • To promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

POSITIONS REQUIREMENT:

  • Fresh graduate with Degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Warehouse Management or related.
  • Minimum degree holder
  • Must be fit and healthy.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills with team player attitude
  • Willing to work additional hours and on weekend (if required) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Computer literate. MS Office knowledge required. Ms Excel is a MUST.
