Why this role?

Are you passionate about overseeing complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery? As a Project Manager at KONE, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of installation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What will you be doing?

Site Supervision:

  • Oversee installation projects, ensuring safety, environmental standards, and financial targets are met.
  • Manage site safety, environmental aspects, and cost control.
  • Plan and organize materials, resources, and site readiness.
  • Ensure proper installation methods and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely payments and smooth project execution.
  • Conduct final testing and handover to maintenance.

Customer and Sub-contractor Management:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality installations.
  • Manage sub-contractor performance and safety.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers during the project, handling all communication.
  • Strive to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with sub-contractors.

Are you the one?

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing installation projects, ideally in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively.
  • Expertise in site safety and environmental management.
  • Financial acumen in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on timely project delivery and quality standards.
