As an Associate Engineer, you will be working alongside the technical team to take care of core systems that deliver home broadband and 4G/5G mobile services, as well as troubleshoot customer experience issues.
Make An Impact By
- Perform Network health and performance monitoring, escalation, and surveillance.
- Perform fault detection, testing, troubleshooting and investigation of system and customer experience issues to restore/recover service.
- Provide technical support to Customer Care for service-related faults and customer complaints.
- Perform governance role for network change management activities.
- Close collaboration with system vendors and international network operators.
- Scope of product and services include international voice, broadband, mobile voice, and data
- Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or IT domain, preferably in area of communications engineering and networking.
- Possess good analytical skills and flair in technical troubleshooting.
- Customer-oriented to understand the perspective and pain points of our customers.
- Team player with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge on IP networking technologies are also desirable.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
