Your Contribution
- Monitor and analyse the development of the plant, including working capital, margin, cost, production order variance, under/over absorption, utilization, opportunities and risks, and when applicable develop, recommend to plant management, implement improvement or corrective plans of action, and monitors further development.
- Report monthly figures and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as required for SCHOTT reporting.
- Support BU Controller with regular and special reports on an as needed basis.
- Collaborate with plant management and develop plant complete yearly financial planning, quarterly forecast, and calculation of hourly rates, ensuring financial goals are aligned with operational objectives.
- Manage fixed asset, including conducting solid financial analysis for investments and challenging underlying critical assumptions, and fixed asset capitalization, sighting and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, accounting, and internal policies and procedures.
- Assists in all plant internal and external audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting. CIMA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, preferable in manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial analysis and attention to detail.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of SAP or integrated manufacturing systems and advance Microsoft Excel.
