We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at INTERWAY Transport Sdn Bhd, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting our logistics services to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing customized solutions.
- Present and promote company's services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met and service expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business prospects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with legal regulations during the sales process.
- Preferably with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with international markets and shipping regulations.
