Associate - Sales (Property Division)

Job Descriptions :

• You will have to consistently achieve the monthly sales target.
• The Sales Manager will need your assistances on the maintenance of all advertising and promotion materials at the Sales Office and all the show houses.
• The Marketing Team will also need your support in the implementation of the marketing strategies.
• Sales Implementation
• To handle sales enquiries (phone and walk-in).
• To advise on bank loan or end financing procedures.
• To liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents.
• To attend all major events, road shows, exhibitions and site functions.
• To submit prospect list on regular basis.
• To research and gather up-to-date information from competitors.
• To assist other sales staff as and when is required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidate specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fly overseas for launching events.
