Insurance Executive

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ motor insurance needs.
• Advise clients on motor insurance quotations and other motor insurance matters.
• Process motor insurance policies.
• Handle all inbound sales enquiries via calls, texts and / or emails.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and keep track of prospects for closure of sales.
• Prepare sales documents.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other departments, customers, partners, banks, etc).
• Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service.
• Build exceptional rapport with external business partners.
• Handle general administration and ensure proper documentations, recordings and filings.
• Perform any other ad-hoc work matters as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years of working experience in any field within the insurance industry
• Tech savvy, with knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Attention to detail is a essential pre-requisite
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
• Able to work in a fast paced, ever changing and highly digitized environment
• Fluent in English is a must, to liaise with Singapore team
