Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Deliver personal and branch Banca sales target by providing financial advice according to client’s needs and profile.

· Support Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities.

· Drive / execute Banca sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities.

· Responsible and accountable on sales process, governance and compliance matter

Job Requirements:

· A recognized diploma / degree in any field. Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification

· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Sales for High Net Worth customer segment.

· Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target

· Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

· A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes

· Enjoy meeting people and influential in sales
