Responsibilities:

1. Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
2. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drink options.
3. Create innovative and signature cocktails to enhance our menu and keep it fresh and exciting.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with FOH crew and kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated service during busy hours.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and new ingredients to continually enhance your skills and offerings.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple orders efficiently.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
7. A passion for mixology and a creative flair for inventing new drinks.
