Job Responsibility

Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

  • Lead recruitment efforts for high-level roles, using headhunting techniques to identify and approach potential candidates.
  • Source candidate through various channels (Linkedln, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent stages of the hiring process.Â
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fulfil both immediate and future staffing needs.Â

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure high employee retention and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department head assess talent gaps and develop succession plans.Â
  • Facilitate career development programs and employee growth initiative.Â

Onboarding And Integration

  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Develop orientation programs and ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address issues and foster a positive work environment.Â
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.Â

HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment and talent management metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment progress and talent development.Â

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an attractive place to work, enhancing the employer brand through various initiatives.Â
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.Â

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and headhunting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and headhunting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
  • Proven track record in headhunting for executive or senior roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and talent development.

Job Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: RM3,000 â RM5,000
  • Annual leave + medical leave
