Job Descriptions

  1. To maintain BCM Program and ISO22301 for LPPSA.
  2. To review and update BCM related documents which includes Framework, policy, departmental BC Plan, BIA, Crisis Management Plan, Warchest etc.
  3. To implement, monitor and observe BCM test and exercises. Eg: Call Tree, IT DR, Tabletop, Crisis Simulation Exercise, Fire Drill etc.
  4. To lead & conduct BIA, BC Plan workshop/briefing with all departments to review and give awareness on BCM.
  5. To act as liaison officer for internal BC implementation and Incident Management Team.
  6. To liaise with other department to ensure that all procedures are developed, reviewed, updated and tested to ensure the workability of the procedures.
  7. To lead Integrated Management System (IMS) Audit program for ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and ISO 37001.
  8. To develop and establish Integrated Management System Function (ISO Office) unit under BCM Sections. This includes the development of ISO Roadmap, Framework, SOPs, TOR etc.
  9. To plan, coordinate and promote awareness on the company’s IMS and customer requirements throughout the organization.
  10. To assess matter pertaining Technology Risk.
  11. Knowledge on ISO27001 and ISO37001 is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any other related field. Professional Certification in BCM is advantageous.
  2. Minimum 5 years in the domain experience. Industry experience in Banking or IT is preferred.
