Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks and operations efficiently.
  • Assist in record and update of day-to-day front office operation
  • Answering phone calls, transferring calls and taking accurate messages.150 task per week (40% phone call and 60 % WhatsApp blast)
  • Attending to visitors and refreshments
  • Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
  • May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, create PRPO and liaison with other stakeholders, Compiling and initiating payments for student helpers with Finance
  • Supporting to key in leads from event with accuracy of details.
  • Supporting SR and FS team by focus on validating leads via Calling/WhatsApp
  • To Manage Events and other student helper for Signature Events and other on campus events.

Person Specification

  • Preferably final Year internship semester (must be degree level) in Business Administrations, Management and International Business
  • Comfortable in handling loads of paperwork
  • Comfortable in meeting and conversing with different groups of people
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Only open for Malaysian Citizen
  • 2 vacant positions to start in August and 1 position in October
