Job Description for BIM Modellers

1. Welcome Fresh graduated in construction/QS line who are interested in BIM.
2. Experience in 3D Modeling software, i.e. Revit, Naviswork and etc.
3. Perform the modelling of 3D elements according to the requirement set out by the BIM manager and BIM Coordinator
4. Understanding of the 2D drawings, report any discrepancies, highlight issues or clashes to the BIM Coordinator
5. To assist the BIM Coordinator in the daily execution of BIM Process, Saving views in NWD, Report preparation and etc.
6. To participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and assist the BIM Coordinator in any related activities.
7. Understanding of the BIM Scope of works and issues raise during coordination meetings
8. Basic Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Autocad

Job Description for BIM Coordinators

1. 2 Years of more experience in coordinating
2. Manage and Lead the Project Execution
3. Perform Day to Day task of Project Management
4. Manages the clash detection process and preparation of clash detection report
5. Coordinates and lead the coordination meeting with all stakeholders to resolve clashes found
6. Perform live walkthrough review during the coordination meetings
7. Record the resolution and keep all the stakeholders updated on the progress of coordination
8. Lead the BIM modellers and ensure 3D elements creation are up to standard
9. Provide technical advice to the BIM modellers in terms of Model Creation and management
10. Execute the document control process to ensure all data in the model are uniform and up to date
