Job Responsibilities :

• Appraises vehicle damage to determine cost of repair.
• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
• Inspect and estimates repair job needed for vehicle into recond center.
• Reviews repair cost provided by recond center staff.
• In the event of a disagreement with recond center on repair cost, arranges to have damage appraised by team lead or manager to resolve the situation.
• Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders and doors.
• Manage and control each vehicle repair cost and item, to keep it within company standards and cost.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

● High school diploma or equivalent required.

● At least one years of experience in an automotive warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is highly preferred.
