Job Responsibility
- Assist in internal audits by reviewing departmental documents and records.
- Verify piece-rate calculations and check sales campaign phone points.
- Conduct IT-related tasks such as requesting hardware/software quotations and verifying prices.
- Liaise with IT personnel for installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware/software.
- Prepare and submit purchase requests; liaise with suppliers for loan printers or other equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in audit checks across departments.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of auditing, with relevant working experience, is an advantage.
