Job Responsibility

  • Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, journals, and invoices
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Provide support during audits or tax filings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

We are looking for an organized Bookkeeping Clerk to assist with our financial management and accounting tasks. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions and preparing reports to support the organization's decision-making process. Proven experience as a bookkeeping clerk or similar role:

  • Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, such as QuickBooks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
