We are seeking a "Business Process Owner/Lead – Make to Deliver and Concept to Make" to join our cross-functional, global team. In this key role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Process Excellence based in the US and play a critical role in strengthening our Inventory, Material Management, Warehousing, and Item Master processes.
Partnering with various stakeholders around Operations, Logistics and Engineering business stakeholders at Brooks, you will lead the design of future Make to Deliver and Concept to Make business processes to ensure successful, efficient, effective, and scalable business processes. This position requires Transformational Leadership skills, solid experience in Planning, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Process Transformation and the ability to collaborate and engage with various functions and regions while utilizing your experience in implementing large, global systems.
Work Location: Malaysia – REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design/make decisions on inventory, material management, warehousing and item master processes optimization.
- Identify short-term and long-term process changes and improvements to enable Brooks’ strategic goals.
- Implement scalable processes that deliver Brooks’ growth targets and that can be used as our ongoing acquisition engine.
- Ensure Brooks’ strong adoption of the new processes through stakeholders’ engagement and change management execution. Ensure process end-to-end integrations with other functions.
- Consult with other BPO’s and functional leaders to arrive at consensus in areas with dependencies or hand-offs.
- Ensure integration of local and regional requirements in global processes.
- Participate in the initial blueprinting and baseline configuration and validation routines.
- Training, data cleansing and mapping, testing, solution acceptance, and cutover reconciliations.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Degree with relevant work experience of at least 7-10 years in Supply Chain, Inventory & Material Management, and Manufacturing including global experience.
- Demonstrated success with Business Optimization and Enterprise Systems Implementation across included APAC and Europe.
- Excellent Project Management skills; industry recognized Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma etc. will be highly regarded.
- Process mindset with ability to think beyond current process and identify continuous and transformational improvement opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage alignment and process adoption within a cross-functional and global implementation team.
- Innovative, ability to think beyond the status-quo, and the ability to look for continuous and transformational improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, globally located, and culturally diverse implementation team.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills used in the delivery to a diverse set of audiences.
- Limited domestic and international travel may be required.
- M&A integration experience is a plus.
