Job Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Sungai Petani branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance profitability for the branch.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20+ employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales revenue, expenses, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.
- Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in retail management, specifically within the electrical and electronics sector.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team of at least 10 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base and internal stakeholders.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, sales techniques, customer service, and financial management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch growth through effective sales management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Must have experience in managing branch operations, including overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using retail management software and other relevant technology to track sales, manage inventory, and analyze performance data.
