Branch Manager

At NewLifeTM International, we are looking for an experienced and versatile Branch Manager who will oversee the operations and help grow our East Malaysia market. We seek someone who can continuously develop and boost our health community. He/she will be responsible for handling the branch requirements and strategizing on how to cultivate branch success and meet the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Development and Sales to develop the market, heightening profitability and reaching the company’s goals
• Provide timely, accurate information on market intelligence to the management for business development
• Plan and run activities/events in Sabah as part market outreach program
• Establish partnership or collaborative efforts to enhance market exposure and new membership acquisition
• Supervise the KK team in operations efficiency and efficacy as well as ensuring KPIs (Key Performance Index) are met
• Assist in managing intricate matters arising from membership Support as well as compliance issues of the membership community (if any)
• Oversee operations to meet branch performance and regulatory standards including IBO support, Logistics, Human Resource matters and general administration.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven success in developing and managing a branch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual – English and Chinese
• Strong management, multitasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Eagerness to grow the branch

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or related field
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media
• Experience in engaging and onboarding collaborating partners
