Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Good understanding of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related/similar field.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on shift and public holiday.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general repair, plumbing work, painting and toilet fitting in accordance with required standards.
- Carry out daily routine check on building facilities and swimming pool as per SOP.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress carry out by third party vendor.
- Perform periodical preventive maintenance for clubhouse and facilities as per scheduled & SOP.
- Attend to complaints made by members, guests, internal team and maintain proper records.
- To assist in any other jobs, tasks or assignments as required and/ or requested by the Management from time to time.
