Requirement :-
- Certificate/Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical / Facility / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in residential or commercial buildings.
- Experience in supervising and monitoring the operation and maintenance of building and ground facility.
- Coordination with authorities and engagement with the building occupants on day to day issues.
- Knowledgeable in preparing daily/ monthly reports
Job description :-
- Plans and supervises the general cleaning, maintenance, and daily operation for all facilities in assigned area.
- To ensure the building operating in good condition, report & documentation, feedback complaint, etc.
- Determines parts and materials needed for building and grounds maintenance and initiates necessary purchase requisitions.
- Enforces building and safety regulations.
- To perform any tasks and assignments as directed by the superior/management from time to time.
