Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to enhance our core operation and maintenance management platform and customer service platform within the IT department. You will conduct requirement analysis, promote system usage, and collaborate with the development team to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will coordinate UAT processes and lead user training sessions to optimize platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Responsible for conducting requirement analysis and evaluation for the company's core operation and maintenance management platform and customer service platform, producing comprehensive business requirement documents.
  • System Evaluation: In charge of promoting the use of the platform, collecting user feedback and suggestions, analyzing platform usage, and providing insights for continuous improvement and optimization decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into system functional requirements, assisting in the design of detailed plans for continuous improvement and optimization of the platform.
  • Responsible for coordinating communication and the development delivery schedule and managing business UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Responsible for regular training sessions on the platform and providing feedback to the development team regarding issues encountered by users.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 2-3 years of Business Analyst work experience, candidates with experience in data center management, IT services, or related fields are preferred.
  • Active thinker with clear logic, adept at identifying business insights and the essence of problems; skilled in analyzing business requirements and reasonably converting them into system requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members and users from diverse backgrounds.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, capable of completing tasks independently.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Sketch, Azure, Excel, MindManager, Visio, etc., and able to independently write requirement specifications.
  • Good writing and conversational communication skills in both English and Chinese.
